RSTC supports local farmers and producers across the Rwenzori Region, enhancing market access, promoting eco-friendly practices, and fostering a culture of self-reliance and entrepreneurship. RSTC was the first social enterprise in Uganda to achieve UN status for Carbon Neutral Operations and obtained Carbon Neutral Certification by passing the UN Carbon Neutral criteria. Dedicated to excellence, RSTC works with producers to achieve premium products while inspiring social change.

RSTC collaborates with Congolese refugees based in the Rwamwanja settlement who specialise in traditional basketry techniques.
