Karingana is a social enterprise based in Mozambique that brings together traditional crafts with avant-garde design to create a new luxury style.

The enterprise is committed to preserving the vibrant culture of textile production in Africa. In addition to the production of ethical products, Karingana offers services for clients interested in African textile sourcing, supply chain management and consulting.

Refugee Artisan Group

Congolose and Burundian refugees living in Northern Mozambique work with Karingana. Currently, the group consists of 8 artisans, mostly women, who are based in Maratane Refugee Camp.
